Service Description
A technician will review scope of work in-person and confirm their service rates with you. If you wish to move forward with the repair, we will deduct the service call fee from the total price offered by the technician. You can also decline the repair and simply pay $79 for the service call.
Cancellation Policy
In case you need to cancel your appointment with Beall’s Appliance, please make sure to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the scheduled date/time. If you need to cancel during non-business hours, please leave a detailed message (your name and address, and time of scheduled appointment). If you booked your appointment on the same day, please cancel at least 30 mins before the scheduled appointment time. Please be considerate of our technicians time and effort to arrive to your appointment on time. In case you fail to cancel on time (as stated above), we will need to charge the cost of the service call ( $79.99+tax) in order to compensate our technicians.
